Death is incredibly hard to process but I’m finding a little bit of comfort knowing that you are in a better place. The day I found out about your death reminded me of the cup final some 10 years ago, when I threw my medals in the bin and you corrected me that ‘one must be graceful in defeat.’ This loss feels like defeat but again by this story I’m reminded there is power in our reaction. Dear God may I obtain the ability to demonstrate extreme: love, care and selflessness as James did so frequently when he was with us on Earth.
